Centrepointe is near Omnitrans bus stops and the Ontario International Airport is located 18.6 miles or 25 minutes away.

CJUSD is the school district we are located within. The following schools are within it; Wilson Elementary School serving grades k-6, Terrace Hills Middle school serving grades 7-8 and Grand Terrace High School serving grades 9-12.

Amenities

Our community offers a wide variety of amenities including a fitness center, BBQ/picnic area, clubroom, tennis court, basketball court, volleyball court, 2 pools, 2 laundry facilities with front load LG machines, Courtesy Patrol,  and a CARES teams that host 3 events each month at no charge to the residents. At this time, all parking is open. You may park in any available spot. Handicapped parking spaces do require a DMV-issued permit. 

We are a pet-friendly community. 2 pets per unit only; Deposit and Rent are charged per pet. 

All of our apartment homes include a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric range, and a range hood. 

Yes, we offer fully furnished apartments.

Maintenance

The home will be thoroughly cleaned and painted, any maintenance items repaired, and flooring will be cleaned or replaced if needed.

No, we understand our residents are not always available to be present while our technicians perform work in their home, by providing us permission to enter, we can complete your request while you are out.

Yes, including 24/7 emergency maintenance.

Work orders can be placed directly from your resident portal, email, or by calling the office at 909.825.2883.

If you do happen to get locked out of your home during office hours please contact the office and our team will be more than happy to assist you. If this occurs after office hours, you would need to contact a locksmith at your own expense.

Administrative

Our application process can take 1 to 3 days on average.

Online with a debit, credit card, or electronic check. In-person payments can be made with a personal check, money order, or electronic WIPS payment.

Yes, renters insurance is required. A minimum of $100,000 liability is required with a provider of your choice.

All of our homes are pre-wired making the installation easy and convenient. You can use any provider you choose.

You are required to provide a written 30-day notice signed by all lease holders and the buy out fee is equal to 2 months rent.

Yes, the combined income of a household must be at least 2.5x monthly rent for approval.
